What I need here is evidence of you using your plan and SWOT
analyses to control the project.
What I need to see
Firstly
Evidence of the the plan being updated I want to see two additional versions
of the plan one at mid way through the project and one at he end. Make sure
you don't overwrite the version you started with.
Secondly
I want to see four SWOT analyses written up in some detail that show evidence o you understanding and modyfying your planning to respond to events as they happen. For a distinction changes Identified in your swots should be relected in changes to your plan.
